Beginning August 1st, 2003 sign-on to Clawson Community Credit Union's new on-line
banking program. This new secure service include benefits such as 90 day history, the ability
to place stop payments on checks, re-order checks, find which checks have cleared and obtain
copies of checks (front & back).
Frequently Asked QuestionsFor your initial login use your M.A.I.N. Line PIN or the last four digits of your social security number. After your initial login you will be prompted to set a new password. Be sure to follow the on-screen instructions for password criteria. What do I do if I have forgotten my password? Call us (248-435-0950) during normal business hours. We will then set you up with a new temporary password. Why won't Netbranch come-up on my screen? To use Netbranch, you must use Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) or Netscape 4.0 (or higher) as your browser, and it must support 128-bit encryption. If you are using your ISP's browser (i.e. AOL, MSN, etc.) you will want to connect to the internet as you normally would, minimize your ISP's browser and open Internet Explorer or Netscape. If you do not have either of these browsers installed on your computer, you may download them by clicking on one of the links below. Download Latest Netscape (recommended) | Download Internet Explorer How can I transfer funds to another member's account (i.e. my child's account) on F.A.S.T. Network? If you are not already set-up, we need you to complete an "Account to Account Transfer Request Form" at the Credit Union office. This requires the account holder's signature for each account involved. After we receive the signed form and we set-up the transfer capability in our system, it will be available to you immediately. If you have already applied for cross member transfers, you should see the authorized accounts listed in the "Transfer To" screen of F.A.S.T. Network. Why can't I view images of my checks? In order to view and/or print check images, you must click on "Options" in the main menu. Then select "Check Account Number" and follow the on-screen instructions.
