The M.A.I.N LINE audio response unit from Clawson Community Credit Union is a convenient and easy way to handle your finances from home, work or while traveling. Our ARU (Automated Response Unit) gives you computerized access to all of your Clawson Community Credit Union accounts... 24 hours a day... 7 days a week!! All you need is a touch-tone telephone.

ARU is confidential and safe, because only you have access to your password. Since all transactions are done between your accounts, a transfer to someone else’s account is impossible.

What can the M.A.I.N. LINE do?
The M.A.I.N. LINE acts as your personal telephone teller. You can check your account balances, transfer funds, even check on your VISA or loan information, all at your convenience!! The M.A.I.N. LINE is easy to use because it’s menu driven... you are instructed step-by-step what to do.

How does the M.A.I.N. LINE work?
From any touch-tone telephone, call (248) 435-8148, locally, or 1-888-200-8148. When the system prompts, enter your Base Member Number (your account number) and four-digit M.A.I.N LINE Personal Identification Number (PIN), as instructed.
Example:
Base12345#
Pin1234#
You will then enter the MAIN MENU.
The MAIN MENU consists of five options:

  1.Transactions
  2.Inquiries
  3.PIN change
  4.General Information
  5.Next member number

Transactions
  1-From draft account
  2-From share account

Inquiries
  1-Balance on all accounts
  2-Draft accounts
  3-Share accounts
  4-Loan accounts
  5-Credit Card Accounts
  6-IRA accounts

Change PIN
  Caller can change their PIN number at any time.

General Information
  1-Office hours/loans
  2-INT/DIV rates

Next Member Number
  Allows caller to enter new member number and pin number

The system will ask for your Share or Loan I.D. Enter the three digit I.D. for your account.
Example:
Your main share I.D. is 000*
Your checking I.D. is 010*
**You may refer to your statement for your correct three digit I.D. numbers.

Helpful Hints

  • When entering dollar amounts, do not use decimals.
  • Your PASSWORD is also referred to as your PIN.
** If you do not have a PIN # for the M. A. I. N. Line or have lost or forgotten the PIN # mailed to you, call us and we will send you a new one.
Example:
$10.00 is 1000

If you are familiar with the M.A.I.N. Line you do not have to listen to all of the choices, you can enter your choice at any time.
